Pretty laquered chopsticks decorated with the traditional white cherry blossom, sakura in Japanese. This pair of chopstick is also available in blue and 23cm long.

Japanese urushi lacquer is made from the sap of the urushi tree, a tradition dating back to the Jomon period (6000BC).
Laquered objects (Shikki) are sensitive to a direct exposure to sunlight. These products cannot be used in microwaves and cannot be washed in dishwasher. Urushi products should be quickly dried  after washing.
