This red 15cm (5.9in) size daruma is in accordance with the traditional colors and shapes. It finds the great balance by getting back straight to its initial position which makes it an authentic daruma. Try it, it's very surprising!
The kanji "fukuiri" on the belly means 'Fortune-Bringing' and refers to its lucky charm function.
The inscription on the right (anzen) is translated by safety and the one on the left (kanai) by family.
