Blue Daruma 12cm (4.7in)

New

Height : 12cm / 4.7in
Material: papier mache
Handmade and handpainted in Japan, Takasaki (capital of the Daruma)

This blue 12cm (4.7in) Daruma respects the traditional colors and shapes of this Japanese lucky charm. It always finds its balance by returning to its base, which makes it an authentic Japanese Daruma, symbol of perseverance.

It has no pupils: you will draw the left pupil when you set a goal to achieve (professional, love, education, etc.) and his unique eye will remind you every day your ambition.
Once the goal is reached, the second eye can be drawn, making it a nice souvenir, or even a trophy!

In front of the Daruma, the 2 Japanese characters "福入 fuku-iri" mean bring happiness or blessing.

A blue Daruma is intended to favorize success in passing exams or at work.

When needed, and to free space for new Daruma, Japanese people sometimes bring Daruma to the temple to be 'returned to God' by being burned in a ceremony (we can offer this service for free if necessary, just contact us).

Daruma are available in different sizescolors and craft styles.
