This impressive Noren represents a dragon, famous Mythological creature holding an orb, surrounded by Mount Fuji and waves, drawn in the traditional style ukiyo-e (pictures of the floating world).
The full Japanese name of this Noren is Go Tsume Shin Ryū, the divine dragon with five claws. The design with five claws was in the past a special pattern and only the Emperor could use it.
